GMAR (Greater Milwaukee Association of REALTORS) Home sales jumped 24.3% in November
2011 in the 4-county metropolitan Milwaukee area, marking the 5th month in a row that sales have increased.

As of the first week of February with the current active market, positive market forecasts and mild winter weather have left a shortage of listings in some communities and price ranges. Here is a partial list of communities and price ranges that are in need of NEW listings. Yes you’ve read this correct “in NEED of new listings”.
